The traditional “Dancing on the Grass” night, organized by the Koru Rotary Club, took place at the Italian Embassy, with proceeds going to projects focused on children’s health and education.

THE event, held under the patronage of Italy’s Ambassador to Turkey, Giorgio Marrapodi, was hosted by Koru Rotary Club President Sibel Tonguç and Erhan Yalçın. In his opening remarks, Ambassador Marrapodi expressed his delight in supporting such a charitable cause. Sibel Tonguç highlighted Rotary’s commitment to global charity initiatives, particularly those focused on children’s welfare.
Plaques of appreciation were given to those who supported the night. Later in the evening, the Canto Orchestra performed, entertaining the attendees with songs in various languages, making for a music-filled night.
