BARBAROS AND KRULL PERFORMED AT THE SYMPHONIC AUTUMN CONCERT

Barbaros, a powerful voice in pop, jazz, and classical music, performed at the “Symphonic Autumn Concert” organized by the European Union (EU) Delegation to Türkiye. Spanish artist Cecilia Krull also appeared as a guest at the concert held at Bilkent Odeon.

AMBASSADOR Thomas Hans Ossowski, Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Türkiye, attended the concert titled “Our Shared Culture and Values” along with his wife and children. Among the attendees were French Ambassador Isabelle Dumont, Dutch Ambassador Joep Wijnands, Hungarian Ambassador Viktor Matis, and South Korean Ambassador Jeong Yeondoo. In his opening remarks, Jurgis Vilcinskas, Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Türkiye, said, “Welcome to this beautiful evening where we celebrate music, a universal language that unites us all.”

JAZZ, POP, AND CLASSICAL MUSIC

The concert began with Barbaros taking the stage. Accompanied by an orchestra conducted by Orhan Şallıel, Barbaros performed a repertoire of jazz, pop, and classical music, singing in both Turkish and other languages, earning great admiration. Later in the evening, Cecilia Krull performed her world-famous song “My Life is Going On,” the soundtrack of the series La Casa De Papel. Afterwards, Barbaros and Krull sang a duet together.
