Canadian singer and composer Loreena McKennitt, who has sold nearly 20 million albums worldwide with her “eclectic Celtic” music, met her fans in Ankara at the Atılım Stage.
AMONG the audience were Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş and his wife Nursen Yavaş, as well as the General Director of State Theatres, Tamer Karadağlı. The people of the capital filled the concert venue, showing great interest in the artist. During the approximately 90-minute concert, McKennitt played various instruments such as the piano, keyboard, accordion, and harp, taking the audience on a unique journey through the sounds of Celtic music.
